The strap could have been a bit bigger or they could have put extra links in the box so the customer can make the strap longer if they need

To ensure the skeleton is functioning correctly we must ask you if you have wound the watch up clockwise to power the movement of the timepiece has that is how it's automatic function works.
Should you still be facing an issue we will assess it for you and rectify it should there be a problem.
